feat(parser): add schema for Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns - #5502

Add ConnectOutboundCampaignsSchema and ConnectOutboundCampaignsCustomerProfileSchema to parse the payload sent by Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns when invoking a Lambda function via a custom action block in a journey flow. The schema follows the request structure published in the official AWS documentation. CustomerData is kept as a JSON string since its contents are campaign-defined; users can parse it by extending the customer profile schema with the JSONStringified helper.
