Problem

The UI README.md Attributions section contains a link to ViserJS documentation that leads to a corrupted/non-functional page.

The steps to reproduce the bug

Open the UI README.md file
Navigate to the Attributions section
Click the "ViserJS" hyperlink
Observe that the page is broken/corrupted

Expected behavior

The link should point to a valid, functional page.

What to do about it?

Either update the link to a working URL or remove it if the project is no longer maintained.

@amizurov , this looks like a hack on github. I am not sure if the link should have been moved or is to be restored. Your solution in the PR is good for now but is hopefully temporary.

I didn't find any usage of ViserJS in the project (it was removed during the Vue 3 upgrade in 2022), so I decided to remove the broken attribution link. If I'm not mistaken.
