add --reconnect <seconds> in sauce_connect_setup.sh to avoid travis build timeout #544
When run travis build, connect to sauce lab sometimes may cause a long long time(50 mins), for example, this build , and in most time if we trigger another travis build, it will be success. So should we just like sauce reconnect in sauce_connect_setup.sh itself with --reconnect ?
