Adds the ACP Registry entry for Oh My Pi (omp), which ships a built-in ACP server mode via omp acp.

This supersedes #301, which is pinned to the older @oh-my-pi/pi-coding-agent@15.9.0 and has not been updated since July. The hourly version cron can keep the entry current from here.
