I am working on creating a custom CodeQL bundle and would like some clarification on how pack inclusion works with customizations.
My question is:
Do I need to explicitly include all the CodeQL packs I intend to use directly within the custom bundle?
Alternatively, can I create a "minimal" custom bundle and just use codeql pack download during my workflow? If I take this minimal approach, will the dynamically downloaded packs still benefit from the customizations I applied to my bundle, or do those customizations only apply to pre-bundled packs?
