[BUG] Bedrock provider does not work behind a proxy

Bedrock provider does not work behind a proxy because it first tries to use a DNS without proxy resolution.
Duplicate of cline/cline#8988
Same behaviour observed as in the cline issue.

Context (who is affected and when)

Any user of Zoo code behind a proxy that tries to use the bedrock provider.

Reproduction steps

1. Windows 11
2. Try to configure a bedrock provider, and you are behind a corporate proxy.

Expected result

The provider is reached correctly.
