Currently in README.md:

Debugging multithreaded applications is currently not implemented.

But judging by #36 and #129 it looks that there is at partial support of multi-threaded applications. This is confusing. Could you please update the extension overview?

    Remove text indicating multi-threaded debugging isn't supported.
