feat(website): devspace.run docs and landing page - #420
This adds the devspace.run website under website/: a Blume docs site mounted at /docs plus a custom landing page. It is a standalone npm package, outside the published @waishnav/devspace package, the root typecheck and the pnpm workspace, so nothing under src/ changes.
The docs were written before v1.1 landed, so the last commits bring them in line with what shipped:
tool surfaces are picked per MCP host, with tools.mode as an optional override;
the agents CLI documents --wait, --worktree, --write-mode, stop, events and agents skill --install;
activity history at /web and the new config keys are covered;
troubleshooting covers 403 Invalid Host and Claude's registration error;
workflows are documented as experimental behind DEVSPACE_EXPERIMENTAL_WORKFLOWS=1, using their actual script API (phase(name, run), parallel(items, worker), required target). The landing page's workflow snippet was updated to match.
Deployment goes through Cloudflare Workers Builds connected to this repo: root directory website, build command npm run build, deploy command npx wrangler deploy. wrangler.jsonc deploys the devspace-site Worker serving dist/ and claims the devspace.run custom domain. Staging moves to --env staging. blume build and blume validate (no broken links) pass, and wrangler deploy --dry-run reads the 234 built files.
Added a DevSpace website with product overviews, interactive workflow and delegation illustrations, provider information, and links to installation resources and documentation.
Tool surfaces are picked per host, the agents CLI gains --wait, --worktree,
--write-mode, stop, events, and skill install, activity history is browsable
at /web, and workflows are experimental behind a flag with their real API.

Production serves dist/ as the devspace-site Worker on devspace.run;
staging becomes a wrangler environment.

npx @waishnav/devspace@1.1.0 doctor hashes the exact package spec to an npx-cache directory. When that directory already contains the package manifest, npm skips reification and reuses the existing installation. doctor only reports the better-sqlite3 failure, so it can leave the cached installation broken.
The global-install fallback is a valid separate installation path, but it does not refresh the cached npx installation. The parent revision’s cache-clearing command forced a fresh install; this change removes that repair and reintroduces the failure without deleting unrelated cache entries.
Suggested fix
- - npx: run it with an explicit version, such as- `npx @waishnav/devspace@1.1.0 doctor`; a new package spec gets its own- fresh install for the current Node. Or switch to a global install.+ - npx: run it with a new cache, such as+ `npm_config_cache="$(mktemp -d)" npx @waishnav/devspace@1.1.0 doctor`;+ this keeps the shared npm cache unchanged. Or switch to a global install.

Re the outside-diff note on the npx repair in troubleshooting.mdx: agreed. An explicit version spec reuses an existing cache entry. Fixed in 6a53468: the step now removes only DevSpace's entry with npm 11's npm cache npx ls and npm cache npx rm <key>, so the next npx run reinstalls under the current Node while other cached packages stay intact. On older npm it points to a global install. A temporary npm_config_cache would also have repaired it, but only for that one run; the user's normal npx command would still hit the broken entry.
