[New Extension Manager] Installed plugins don't have clickable titles

• OS: macos
• OS Version: 26.4.1
• CPU Architecture: arm64

Bug Description:
You cannot navigate to a plugin's repository once it's installed.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open plugin manager
2. Install plugin
3. Restart
4. Can't click plugin name on right

Expected Behavior:
I expect all plugins to let me navigate to their repos, whether or not they're installed
