- determineBuildSignature: add read-only taskUtil parameter, note the specVersion >= 5.0 requirement for custom tasks, correct the fallback description, and demote the watched-file-paths bullet to an open question cross-linked to Watch Mode. - Build Signature: list @ui5/builder and @ui5/fs versions and the aggregated determineBuildSignature contributions as additional inputs. - Server Integration: add a Background Cache Validation subsection covering the explicit post-cycle validation pass and the four operational states (IDLE / BUILDING / VALIDATING / STALE).
Remove all open questions that have been resolved (and are discussed in the main concept). Add "outlook" chapter.
State that a differential task must re-apply its own input derivation on the delta path (not a coarse filter), and must act on every invalidating path or fall back to a full run, to avoid serving stale output when the changed set contains inputs it cannot map to outputs.

Apply the project writing style throughout the RFC and fix broken internal resource-tag links.
Apply the terminology from #1654 to the incremental-build RFC. Replace the mixed use of "unit" for one run of a step with "invocation" in the step-based-task sections. Keep "unit" where it means the unit of caching. JIRA: CPOUI5FOUNDATION-1388
