⬆️(frontend) update BlockNote preview packages to 83153fda2e - #12

Use the pkg.pr.new build of TypeCellOS/BlockNote#3204 at 83153fda2e. This is BlockNote main after the version history work (#3090) merged, plus the experimental version diff fixes. The README now explains how to update these packages. Signed-off-by: yousefed <yousefdardiry@gmail.com>
