[Bug]: NOMEN batch upload, author: created new person stored as Author, Suffix

Steps to reproduce the bug

Using NOMEN batch upload and then checking created taxa in Edit taxon name.

Under Author, the Verbatim appears correct as imported, but under Person, author is stored as Author, "Suffix". Should just have Author string.

Maybe I am misremembering, but I thought the barch upload just creates a new person which is just the author string without parentheticals, and I don't remember the ", Suffix" bit.

It is a bug, we already have many people like this in the database. Besides, I believe the script create a new person forevery single names, because we have hundleds of duplicates with the same name and Suffix, in the people table. I would strongly recommend not to create person as a batch upload process.
Another consideration, we should not create verbatim and person at the same time. The general recommendation, it should be either one or another.

I agree that it should not create a new person and just keep verbatim. Perhaps with a separate tool to batch assign taxa with verbatim authors to a single person.
