SP Exception that's crashing my CS:S server

(Game: Counter-Strike: Source) Whenever i try to join a team (even spectate) on first server start the server crashes. i get this exception when it crashes. (pictured) How can i resolve this?

I don't get those errors in css at linux & windows server
