To fix a memory leak, custom ConVar are now released when they go out of scope (when they are not referenced anymore) and seems like your plugins does not keep them alive. Ideally it should be handled by them, but I will think about it and see if there is a backward compatible solution that also addresses the leak. Though, for now you can replace your ../addons/source-python/bin/core.dll with this one: core.zip

No reason to use an older version. Though, I think I have an elegant solution. Please use v710 with its original core.dll (the one causing the errors here #429 (comment)) and patch the following files: 429.zip and let me know how it goes. The idea is quite simple; make ConVar inherit from AutoUnload which will keep the instances alive until the plugins that own them is unloaded.
