Updates rubaxa sortablejs to 1.6.1. @cheton will you merge and publish? See #41. This is to fix issues with Firefox 57 & Chrome Version 62.
I am specifying 1.6.1 due to Rubaxa issue #1213 where users still have drag issue but 1.6.1 is working.
