Error positioning in 3d transformed containers.

On touch screens, Sortable insert a new element with position: fixed when touch moves. However transform creates a new local coordinate system, and the fixed positioning will not work as expected:

Alas, I can only advise you to change the markup, and don't use translate3d.

Yep, finally I use fallbackOnBody to fix the position :)

Another "solution", for others caught by this, is to set .sortable-drag { display: none }

This is still quite useable with the right .sortable-ghost css, and also doesn't look broken
