Why

T3 Code bundles Cursor's pstack snapshot and translates its instructions through a runtime adapter. The native pstack-t3code port already uses T3 tools and adds the maintainer and team workflows.

What changed

• Sync tracked files from ScriptedAlchemy/pstack-t3code at 72ce8cda5f4c2b9ed413d3360378af861187291b, version 0.15.32-t3code.1, with provenance and file hashes. Keep packages/pstack/upstream/ and the clean-tree guard; exclude ignored helper dependencies.
• Vendor 206 files and 60 skills, including automate-maintainer and automate-team.
• Replace adapter coverage checks with native-content checks while retaining hash, executable, skill-name, and 17-role validation.
• Delete the adapter overlay and adapter-read instruction. Bump the delivery layout so installed packs are replaced. Update package and user guidance.

Scope

The runtime block retains absolute pack/models paths, skill entry paths, exact resolved role targets, and fallback notes because those depend on the running environment. Role parsing is unchanged. In pstackModels.ts, only formatPstackBlock changes; resolver work in #24 and #25 stays separate.

Blast Radius

The bundled pack changes for every provider and client through the existing server path. Desktop packaging keeps its current directory layout. Existing models files remain in place; pack replacement drops the old adapter. Native validation permits supported persona names and aliases, setup defaults, GitHub bot protocol identifiers, and status-only verdict helpers.

Verification

• vp run pstack:sync /Users/bytedance/code/pstack-t3code: passed; 206 tracked files.
• vp test run packages/pstack apps/server/src/pstack evals/mcp-tool-use/run.test.ts: 5 files, 500 tests passed.
• vp run typecheck: 37 packages successful.
• vp run check:changed: all stages passed, including focused tests after integration.
• Runtime pack inspection: 60 skills, 17 roles, both custom skills present, no adapter delivered. Replacement tests cover stale adapter removal.
• Read evals/README.md; no eval embeds the pstack block. MCP eval context and single-case dry-run passed without API keys. Paid model evals were not run.

Implemented with GPT-6.1 Sol through the Codex harness.
