…ndards test keys on PyAutoMind - shadow_count_line appends 'window reached — the pre-registered decision is due' once graded rows >= SHADOW_TARGET (the glance window is 22/20); the autonomy_log count line is regenerated from it. Records no doctrine decision — the glance confirmation stays the human's. - test_repos_sync_standards_block keyed specs on the checkout directory name, so any worktree not named PyAutoMind raised KeyError: 'mind'. main's Mind suite has two failures, and they turn every Mind PR'sprivacy(Spawn Drift) check red, including #505:test_autonomy_log_shadow::test_the_count_line_agrees_with_the_rows_it_countsis a deliberate tripwire. The tier-glanceshadow window is at 22/20 (all merged-unchanged), butshadow_count_line()never says the window has been reached, so it can't pass.test_repos_sync_standards_block::test_mind_owns_an_exact_generated_blocklooks its key up asspecs[MIND.name](the directory name), so it raisesKeyError: 'mind'in any worktree not namedPyAutoMind.
