Fresh-session testing found that a minimal Mind seed copied the live instance's AGENTS.md, directing independent users to PyAutoLabs community channels and assuming optional organs and automation existed.
Scripts Changed
scripts/spawn.py: generate instance-neutral AGENTS.md only for minimal seeds, preserving canonical identities, local task lifecycle, approvals and user records.tests/test_minimal_mind_seed.py: prove source-specific directions do not leak, full-family output is unchanged, and existing user instructions cannot be overwritten.docs/pyautobrain/spawn_spec.md: document the minimal instructions contract.Validation: 116 spawn/privacy/template tests pass. Actual generated seed has no canaries/unmatched files and passes lifecycle check. Heart STALE solely for absent release rehearsal, with no RED/YELLOW reasons.
This fixes one observed acceptance problem; it does not claim full fresh-session skill provenance, project editing/resumption, organ activation or release readiness. Existing instances are not rewritten.
