Summary

Retire the persistent Bundles registry and its template, ledger-classification and refresh-workflow wiring. Regenerate the dashboard with seven counted navigation buttons, Human Review under Backlog, and no Bundles or Parked presentation. Parked lifecycle records remain available.

API Changes

bundles.md and Bundle: membership are retired. Themes remain optional metadata for selecting related work. New templates no longer create a bundles registry. Human Review contributes once to the Backlog navigation count without becoming a development recommendation.

Test Plan

  • Full Brain suite: 1,271 passed; full Mind suite: 696 passed. Hermetic runs clear repository-location overrides after activation.
  • Full Mind suite: 696 passed (repository override environment variables cleared for hermetic fixtures).
  • Template and ledger checks: 137 passed.
  • Paired Brain dashboard/shared-theme checks and browser validation passed.
  • Generated dashboard.md, dashboard.html, state.json pass the canonical freshness check.

Coordination

Closes #488. Depends on PyAutoLabs/PyAutoBrain#497; merge Brain first, then refresh this branch's generated pages against current task state. The Mind refresh workflow reads Brain main.

Heart

The human explicitly acknowledged this YELLOW warning and authorized opening the PRs on 2026-10-07:

  • manifest drift: workspace checkouts (manifest ↔ disk) — 2 mismatch(es) vs PyAutoMind/repos.yaml
  • Stale evidence: release validation incomplete: no rehearsal for current source

Merge authority remains human /prm.
