Replace the role: text of ten rows (Pulse, Eyes, Insight, Ears, Cortex, Gut and the four <lib>_visualization repos) with the architect-approved wording. The workspace-root routing table generated from these roles drops from 7792 to 6316 bytes. No other row or key changes; public_role is untouched, so the public front-door tables do not drift. …he manifest renders (#486) A PR that edits repos.yaml cannot make the eight organ copies of the organism map match it: they are regenerated by the per-repo wave after merge. Mirror the hook and where-to-file skips: a third diff-derived output (map_pr) drops the "organism-map blocks (generated)" leg with a loud banner on pull requests only, and asserts what the PR controls — the manifest renders a well-formed map — through the new test_repos_sync_organism_map.py.
