fix: repos_sync check mode never checks root AGENTS.md routing table / WORKFLOW owner map #480
Description
Overview
scripts/repos_sync.py --write regenerates the workspace-root AGENTS.md routing table and the PyAutoBrain/skills/WORKFLOW.md owner map, but check mode has no drift check for either block. On 2026-10-07, check mode reported OK while the root table was missing PyAutoEars and PyAutoInsight and still carried stale Pulse text.
Plan
- Add a check comparing the root
AGENTS.mdrepos_sync block torouting_table(...), in the style ofcheck_map_blocks. It skips when the file is absent (partial/web checkouts). - Add the same check for the WORKFLOW.md owner-map block against
owner_map(...). - Register both in the check list and add tests (pass when in sync, fail on drift, skip when absent).
- Verify on the live checkout (passes) and on a corrupted scratch copy via
--root(fails). The pre-existing shared-standards mismatches are left alone.

Implementation Steps
scripts/repos_sync.py: addcheck_routing_table(root, categories, repos)andcheck_owner_map(root, categories, repos). Each extracts theMARK_BEGIN/MARK_ENDblock, compares it to the generator, and skips when the file is absent. A present file without markers is reported, matching write'srequired=True.- Register both in the check list beside
check_map_blocks. - Add
tests/test_repos_sync_routing_blocks.py. - Verify with
python3 scripts/repos_sync.py(check) on the live root, and on a scratch--rootcopy with a corrupted table.
