Post Styling <pre> button

Consider adding a "pre" (```) button beside the code button.

That's code fencing from GitHub Flavored Markdown (gfm) support, a package dependency thing, with bootstrap-markdown... may want go ask for a RFE, or possible hidden feature that we don't know about, there so we can track it.

Extending the current button to check if the selection contains a \n and uses '''\nSelection\n''' instead would be better. You could set the default bahaviour to insert a block of code instead too when there's no selection.

Not sure rewriting the callback is officially supported but meh.

Hmm... nope. There's no easy spot to do this. We can do it this way:

$($0).data('markdown').$callback[7] = console.log.bind(console);

But we shouldn't be accessing a private callback list like that. We could fork bootstrap-markdown and change it up there.

Or we could not use the default code button at all hiddenButtons:'cmdCode',, use our own custom one with additionalButtons which I think we can use to add to the groupMisc button group.

If they do offer an "API" for doing this then I'm all for extending via their mechanism. :) Thanks for the linkage... that will definitely help the assignee.
