* remove relay hosts and parent/child node concept (#149) * Closes remove Create/RegisterPlaceAction (#155) * remove Create/RegisterPlaceAction * filter known peers based on configuration * remove Lookup and WorkSpaceClientEnqueue actions (#148) remove Lookup and WorkSpaceClientEnqueue actions * Update EmissaryClient to use digest auth exclusively - A server could negotiate with an emissary client to use HTTP basic authentication and thus coax it to send credentials using a reversible encoding. This change updates emissary's client code to use digest authentication exclusively and fail otherwise. Co-authored-by: drewfarris
