* Optimize Maven configuration warm path Avoid eager Maven XML initialization on warm JDK runs by using deterministic serializers for new Maven settings/toolchains files, lazy-loading xmlbuilder2 for existing toolchains merges, and deferring Maven configuration modules until after Java setup.
