PR só atualizava fast-uri e deixava fastify em 5.11.3, vulnerável (GHSA-w2qp-rph6-63g4, GHSA-3m5p-2c4r-xxw2), quebrando o gate npm run audit. Atualiza fastify junto para o audit passar limpo.
