fix(miner): allow nested lib/ paths in miner package checker

Closes #2332

Summary

• Extend scripts/check-miner-package.mjs allowlist regexes to accept nested lib/<subdir>/*.js artifacts (e.g. lib/calibration/index.js from the chore(miner-selfimprove): scaffold packages/gittensory-miner calibration module directory + shared types #2332 calibration scaffold).
• Without this, npm pack --dry-run includes the new subtree but the checker rejects it, breaking test/unit/check-miner-package.test.ts and CI validate-code.

• npm run test:coverage -- test/unit/check-miner-package.test.ts
