Ubuntu 26.04 is not a released version of Ubuntu. The current LTS is 24.04, and the next LTS (26.04) is not expected until April 2026. This change will cause the Docker build to fail as the image tag mirror.gcr.io/library/ubuntu:26.04 does not exist in the registry. This appears to be an error in the automated dependency update.
