This is a rare backend issue. We may need to have a mitigation if this happens a lot, but for now we close this.

In the last build, it seems like the operation for creating backup took more than 20 mins.
Technically, we can have a longer timeout, but I think 20 mins for a create operation for a small database is too long.
WDYT?
