Revamp ad scheduling UI

Summary

• remove the ad search bar and placement filtering controls while simplifying the ad listing
• add fallback probability editing, probability calculations, and clearer status handling for placements
• refresh the placement table styling with highlighted probability badges and modal-driven defaults
