the properties of cdx:poetry:.../cdx:python:... were fixed via CycloneDX/cyclonedx-property-taxonomy#96 and CycloneDX/cyclonedx-property-taxonomy#98.
This tool should adopt them change.

This tool should populate the newly added properties, while still keeping the old (now deprecated) properties for backwards compatibility.
There MUST NOT be any breaking changes while resolving this issue.
the deprecated/"wrong" properties may be removed from population in a breaking "fix" later, causing a new mayor version bump.
