Describe the bug
When submitting a UIPA request, the option to send mail to a forwarding address is presented:
The assumption being that this is an alternative way to interact with this request, perhaps to do things such as externalize communication from the uipa.org platform, or add attachments to the email.
However, sending a request to this forwarding address doesn't seem to do anything, or at least give any indication that anything was received (no updates in the related UIPA request thread).
Expected behavior
The email sent to the forwarding address is forwarded on, and some indication of it being sent in the platform.
