unable to compile on windows 7 using jdk 1.8.0 update 141 #2

I honestly don't know. I'm not the author of this this repo, as it was cloned from a different (now dead) repo, and it's here for posterity - in case I ever want to come back to the code.
Also, what are the errors? there might be missing dependencies
It doesn't give any errors other than
java.util.ServiceConfigurationError: com.sun.tools.attach.spi.AttachProvider: Provider sun.tools.attach.WindowsAttachProvider could not be instantiated
and
com.sun.tools.attach.AgentInitializationException: Agent JAR loaded but agent failed to initialize
I assume they are both security errors but I have no idea how the new Java permissions system works. Also if you plan to attempt to run JavaSnoop on the latest Java you need to modify the startup script to look for, E.x. Java 1.8 instead of 1.6. Haven't tested it but looks like it runs fine on Java 1.6Interesting. It's likely that the attach API has changed, and it just needs updating. At some point I'll look into it, but this is way, way down on my list of stuff I have to get done.
However, PR is always welcome.
I tried to compile this using the ant build script provided but I get a lot of errors.
Can this be compiled under java 1.8.0_141, or do I have to use an earlier version of java?
I see taht the build scripts and properties files refference java 1.6.0_26.
