🐞 Editor Crashes After renaming a file

Renaming files crashes the text editor

To Reproduce

Step to reproduce

1 - Open a swift project

2 - Rename a file, the No Editor will be displayed

Moreover, none of files will display anything.

Expected Behavior

I expected to be able to use continue using the editor instead of not displaying any content of files

I have a PR open that should fix this! A few root causes with this bug but should be fixed with the next release.
