The result is just as good and it will make updating IPO less nightmareish. Plus it sets a good example for users.

This raises the question of which version of CellProfiler are example pipelines expected to work with. This update assumes nightly/source but that is far beyond what the majority of users will be working with.

At the very least, we should definitely make this update when 3.0 is released.
