Documentation "map"

Due to the organic growth of the documentation site, things got a bit fragmented. There are a total of 5 documentation sites:

• Dashboard, Phone Numbers, Iris
  • Contains all the knowledge from the old site
  • This is the 'reference' documentation. Essentially what the lego pieces are and everything about the lego pieces.
• Communications Platform, Voice & Messaging, Catapult
  • This is the 'reference' documentation. Essentially what the lego pieces are and everything about the lego pieces.
• v2 Messaging
  • V2 messaging lives by itself as we work towards better scope of this project
• dev.bandwidth.com, Bandwidth.github.io
  • This is the landing page for the documentation site. Should contain things like:
    • Tutorials
    • How-to Guides
    • Quick Starts
    • Links to relevant pages
• FAQ
