Updates target frameworks to include net9.0. Updates dependency versions for: - AutoMapper - AutoMapper.Collection - AutoMapper.Extensions.ExpressionMapping - Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore Adds NullLoggerFactory to fix constructor injection with newer AutoMapper versions.
