Discussion: Continued LTS of v0.x Stream #7

Description

@jasnell

v0.10 and v0.12 are still, by far, the most broadly used node.js versions. While there are lots of great things happening in the io.js stream, it would be a very good idea to continue LTS support on v0.10 and v0.12 as well as continue to cut new LTS releases on the v0.x stream for the foreseeable future -- so long as we have collaborators actively willing to support that stream. This would ensure that those users/customers who are not quite ready to make the jump up will continue to be supported.

The net result is that at some point this year, we should likely expect a v0.14 LTS cut off the joyent/node stream before end of year.
