mise activate bash not works on Windows Git Bash

I've installed mise using chocolatey.

Expected path to mise.exe is /c/ProgramData/chocolatey/lib/mise/tools/x64/mise.exe instead of C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\mise\tools\x64\mise.exe.

The recommendation from @Trung0246 set me on a path toward a solution but did not fix it.
