Encapsulate coin-aware address encoding and decoding in a reusable codec. Generic transaction parsing no longer passes coin context or callbacks through recipient helpers. Refs: CSHLD-1639
Keep Unified Address receiver selection in a Zcash-specific codec. Wire transaction parsing and verification to use the selected transparent or shielded receiver. Refs: CSHLD-1639
