Enable safe wallet minting for ed25519 onchain coins (slot-4 ed25519Multisig). The user root is an XLM keychain whose prv is a Stellar StrKey secret seed (S...), so the hardened user child is derived with SLIP-0010 over the raw seed and registered as a bare StrKey public key (G...). derivableEd25519Pub gains the StrKey codecs for this path (decode secret seed, encode public key), reusing the module's base32/CRC16 primitives. Derivation reuses the SLIP-0010 Ed25519KeyDeriver and is pinned against published SLIP-0010 vectors, with fixtures cross-checked against stellar-sdk. Ticket: WCN-2411 TICKET: WCN-2411
